Justice Ah Foon Chui Yew Cheong, sitting at the Supreme Court, has rejected the demand for an adjustment of the lump sum and pension of Sureshchandra Fakun, who occupied the post of General Manager of the Mauritius Tea Factories Co. Ltd (TEAFAC) on a temporary basis.
